The Mad Hatter Bridal Top Hat

Last week In My Little Hat Shop, in Reading Berkshire, a lady came in and asked us to dress a top hat to compliment her wedding outfit. The dress she was going to wear was vintage with a floral print.

The silk we used was the same colour as the majority of the roses. It was very pretty dress and the flowers we made were a perfect match to those on the dress.

In the shop we have a selection of new and vintage silk top hats for sale.

Whether you are the mother of the bride or groom, the bride herself or just a guest wanting to make a statement, here is our guide to wearing hats to a wedding. The points listed below are just a guide, but ultimately we would always suggest you wear whatever you feel most comfortable in. 1.
